Mat Gillin is a Project Manager at Bristol Development, where he leads multiple teams of design consultants and construction managers from pre-construction to delivery of Bristol’s multifamily assets.

A United States Naval Academy graduate, Mat began his professional career as a nuclear submarine officer in the Navy before transitioning into the private sector in 2016. After earning a Master of Engineering degree from the University of Florida in 2017, he and his family moved to Nashville, TN. Prior to joining the Bristol Development team, Mat was a project manager for Hardaway Construction, where he led the construction efforts on nearly 1000 multifamily units.

With his construction experience and detail-oriented personality, Mat brings a unique perspective to the development team, allowing Bristol to efficiently navigate the design and construction of some of the southeast’s premier multifamily properties.
